In addition to a clean whole foods diet with lots of superfoods, and clean water we recommend some basic nutritional supplementation. It has been my clinical experience over many years that even if someone consumes a one hundred percent organic foods diet that the majority of people will still show positive kinesiological challenges identifying the need for more minerals.
